All purchases are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances once a click has been purchased and a certificate has been issued.
Your digital certificate is delivered as a one-time downloadable PNG file. Save it immediately after download. We cannot reissue lost or deleted certificates. The certificate is yours to keep as a digital file once downloaded.
